RECIPE DOG BISCUITS
Homemade dog biscuits, gluten-free dog biscuits with coconut, apple, and cinnamon
10 pcs.
Ingredients
70 g coconut flour
1 egg
3 tsp. coconut oil
1 pinch cinnamon
1 apple (grated)
A skewer or a small round glass
Preheat the oven to 180 °C (170 °C convection)
Melt the coconut oil and let it cool slightly. Meanwhile, grate the apple. Stir the egg into a bowl, then add the coconut oil and the apple, after which it is mixed well.
Add cinnamon to the wet mass and add the coconut flour a little at a time while stirring.
The mass is stirred until it becomes homogeneous like a dough - it will be on the dry side.
Sprinkle the kitchen counter with coconut flour and press or roll out the dough until it is approx. 1 cm thick.
Cut the dough into the desired shape.
Carefully place the biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake the biscuits for 10-15 minutes in the oven and then let them cool completely.
Once they have cooled completely, your dog can have a taste, and the rest stored in an airtight container.

REZEPT FüR HUNDEKEKSE
Selbstgemachte Hundekekse, glutenfreie Hundekekse mit Kokos, Apfel und Zimt
Backschule - Hunde Kekse 10 Stk.
Zutaten
70 g Kokosmehl
1 Ei
3 TL. Kokosnussöl
1 Prise Zimt
1 Apfel (gerieben)
Ein kleines rundes Glas
Den Backofen auf 180 °C (170 °C Umluft) vorheizen.
Das Kokosöl schmelzen und etwas abkühlen lassen. In der Zwischenzeit den Apfel reiben. Rühren Sie das Ei in eine Schüssel, geben Sie dann das Kokosöl und den Apfel hinzu und verrühren Sie alles gut.
Zimt zur feuchten Masse geben und unter Rühren nach und nach das Kokosmehl dazugeben.
Die Masse wird so lange gerührt, bis sie homogen wie ein Teig wird – sie befindet sich dann auf der trockenen Seite.
Bestreuen Sie die Küchenarbeitsplatte mit Kokosmehl und drücken oder rollen Sie den Teig aus, bis er ca. 1 cm dick ist. 1 cm dick.
Den Teig in die gewünschte Form schneiden.
Die Kekse vorsichtig auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech legen.
Backen Sie die Kekse 10–15 Minuten im Ofen und lassen Sie sie anschließend vollständig abkühlen.
Sobald sie vollständig abgekühlt sind, kann Ihr Hund probieren und den Rest in einem luftdichten Behälter aufbewahren.
